We are experiencing a paradigm shift in how we work. Human beings are making purchase decisions and, increasingly, employment decisions aligned with their values. In a recent study by Bates College and Gallup, 80% of college graduates are looking for purposeful work. Unemployment is at an all-time low, and human beings represent nearly 80% of a business’s capital today. For these reasons it is time to help businesses understand the shifts they will need to make in articulating their purpose, investing in leadership development, and support of wellbeing to compete for the future.

Cancellations:
If you find you can't attend, please notify us by February 18th. After that date, we cannot refund or push forward.
